you buy a cd and then the next day you dont want it and go to take it back is it your right to have a refund of cash?

if it isnt faulty they are not obliged to give u cash refund they can offer credit note

yes you can, just dont do it more than twice in the one shop or they get a tad suspicious

an easier way is to get a mate who works in a printers to shrink wrap the box again, then you can even keep the cd and the shop are none the wiser when you return the empty cd box, as its still sealed - and you get your money back

then just do what P4UL suggested, or say when you got it home you noticed the big scratch
they'll probably give you a credit note though

just say it was a prezzy for a mate and that they already have it... they will usually refund ya...
some places r funny cos they how some ppl  copy the cd and then take the org back
