I bought a set of mirrors off a mate, and the passenger side glass got "broken" at the bodyshop.

SO, been texting phoning no reply. I payed £30 and they are already sprayed.


Do I...

a) Bite the bullet and spend a further £20 to get another mirror (just glass)

b) Roll up to his crib and have a few quiet words

c) ???

go to a glass shop

thats what i did when mine 'fell out' made a template and then cut some mirror out for me, cost about 2 quid

The glass don't usually come out of aftermarket mirrors, thats why it breaks when bodyshops try and remove it. All the mirrors i've got in and sprayed have came with the glass in so i just mask the glass up and spray.

Helfrogs want £20 and recon it'll be a month before I get the glass

SoundsandPerformance.com (???) said £17 but stock could be a problem.


Anyone able to recommend to me anywhere?

Jamie try B+Q down at Garthdee, they might cut you some new mirror like Drew said.
