yesh they r a pain in the arse! my gran parked in a disabled space with her disabled badge clearly on show but they still stuck 1 on the window saying she wasn't allowed to park there she went in and complained and they made the ppl who put it on take it off again ooo the looks on their faces

Used to do this at my old work (Huge over crowded car park)- soon stopped once we found the guy whos job it was to go round checking and sticking and plastered his car in them
