undo the sump plug when engine is warm dont forget the bucket

sump plug...on the sump....the big thing at the dead bottom of the engine....invest in a ahynes manual

no need for ramps....cud easily do it without even jackin it up if u aint lowered...but if u r lowed just jack it up enuff so u can get a socket/spanner/mole grips.....onto the nut...then undo it with a bucket or summat underneath.....leave to drain..make a cuppa...put nut back on (some people say u av to replace the sump nut washer but no need really unless the washer was leakin).......refill to correct amount...use the dipstick...but shud take about3-4 litres max to fill up depending on engine...all done

if your changing the oil, you might aswell chane the oil filter aswell.

if u have a vaux trade card then filters are only a quid

just buy a set of ramps dont go crawling under you car with just the jack holding it up
