i am doin business and economics at A level m8:
human capital - refers to the skills and training embodied in invividual people.
Training and skills people have that make them more productive is human capital. This shows that both education and training require a substantial investment of both time and money

cheers mate thats the kind of stuff i got written down and i need to relate it to economic growth and its effects upon economic policy so i'm just gonna say that investment by government and employers in human capital will aid growth and it affects economic policy as governments need to decide the level at which they will invest
is that right or am i talking shit

Human capital will aid the economy in the long term as devlopment of people, good education will provide the country with a skilled/educated workforce. This will hopefully decrease unemployment level as more people will be employable.
Human capital is important to businesses because of the increasing importance of innovation within the competitive environment, having human assets and good knowledge will help businesses perform better and basically boost the UK economy.
Thats off the top of my head though, pretty vague

Then had other shitty subjects like corporate finance, and financial markets which were still using that economics pish
Honest to god, hated it more than anything!!! Dont get me wrong, got A's and B's from them , but still hated it
