Not 100% how it was done, but the bodyshop said they would weld a piece of metal (Lead?) into the gaps so that it wouldnt sink like filler or fibreglass tend to do when used in bulk. I presume they grinded it down till it was level then filled any gaps with filler.
Only time will tell if it cracks, but its like owt you fill, there's always a chance it'll crack.
Had the arches filled and smoothed for three years now and they are still sound

Forgot to say about the arial.
The wires in the roof have been taped off and wont be used.
When the car goes to RAM Audio for the sound system setting up, they're gonna run an arial directly from the headunit and run it in the car probably up the A pilar out of sight.

oooo Clare, i love it. I've always wanted smooth rool rails with a sunroof as it breaks up the lines of the roof and doesn't look to bland. I always thought C4RSA looked a bit like a bubble car on top, but with the sunroof there it looks fanny tastic.
Top job Women, looking forward to seeing Diva in 2004 Im jealous

The interior of the car is still ongoing
Down to me to get the door cards sorted
Should have them trimmed up by Saturday, but the boot isnt finished yet so wont be getting trimmed for a couple of weeks.
Nowt major happening in there, just a bit of re jigging to accomodate the TV
I'll put some pics up when its all back together (probably the day before Donny Show )
