Need some advice, just got my mob upgraged to a cam phone, but the tariff i'm on isnt compatable with the multimedia functions ie. wont send pics... On the phone o2 say i have to change my tariff anyone got any suggestions??? i wanna stay with my tarrif cos its a really good deal for me and the new ones are cack

na, its a contract pay monthly phone.. do u work for 02??, i need to get hold of someone who works there lol

You can get bolt on's on contract phones.
Call O2 and ask there.

All you need to do is phone them up and activate MMS and GPRS. Done. Then you can use bolt ons, they aint no good if you don't have the actual service switched on...

Yeah but O2 won't usually activate MMS/GPRS if you are on an old tariff (scheming way to get people off cheap old tariffs onto expensive new ones).

i had a prob with my new cam phone on o2 had to give it back in the end cuz the phone wasnt compatible with the network.

Go to Vodafone then, theyre more flexable... They let me just activate those services, I don't have a particuly expensive tariff.
