Chester is ok, but full of pikeys and scallies, plastic scousers and people moved from tips like Warrington, Birkenhead and Wrexham.

So I'd move to the Isle of White, yeah nice place, Cowes, Ventnor.

Or second choice, Cornwall, or the Isles of Scilly.

Third Choice, I went to Norwich the other day, second time I been and I liked it. Lots of music shops.
