Had my ecu diagnosed and it turned out to be the air flow mass meter.

But it's taking a week to get one in....

I've heard ford dealers can get 99% of parts next day.

how much that setting you back

i would ring AutoVaux they will have it next day and will be proper GM one aswell and alot cheaper

or Dixsons Vauxhall

Ive been waiting over 3 weeks for Vaux to get me a steering rack

. Apparently there on back order, so they dotn know whaen they'll be getting them.

well if its not there on wednesday (when promised) i might ask for a courtesey car as mine is tricky to drive as its measuring airflow wrong.

Ask your dealer to do a 'dealer search'

Vauxhall can list which dealers ordered that part recently - if the part has gone into stock at that dealer, your dealer can buy it off them (Although your dealer won't get the same amount of discount if he can get from Vauxhall - so may wait !!!)

When my local vaux garage had to get a heated seat switch panel in for my corsa, they ordered it from Spain. It was here in 2 days!

My girlfriend rang vaux this morning for an air flow meter and they said anything from 160 - 360 I mean whats that al about anyway hopefully got one now from a scrappy for £20 what a bargain
