I've got a few set ups in mind but need a bit of input to make my mind up
Pretty certain on this HU
http://www.caraudiocentre.co.uk/product.asp?product=19413
I have got 2 amps in mind
http://www.caraudiocentre.co.uk/product.asp?product=19228
or
http://www.caraudiocentre.co.uk/product.asp?product=19233
I think im gonna go for this sub
http://www.caraudiocentre.co.uk/product.asp?product=19249
but there is another alphine sub(link below) which is the same pirce and same specs so a lil help needed there plz ppl
http://www.caraudiocentre.co.uk/product.asp?product=19251
Then for the components im not too sure because that HU is 4x60w so there would be really no point going for 120w speakers unless i get another amp and i dont really want 2 amps coz then i'll have to get a power cap!
So if anyone could get me a link to a set of componets that would be good for that set up. Two links would be better with a low price and high price.
So could sum1 tell me what i should go for and explain why PLZ
Thx

ok mate, firstly, i'd definately reccomend the second amp out of the two you've listed, the MRD-M300, and you can get it a tenner cheaper on :
http://caraudiosecurity.com/
and
http://www.cel-direct.com/
as for the subs, they seem similar, but the SWR-1221D has dual 2ohm voice coils and the SWR-1241 has dual 4ohm voice coils.
if you go for the MRD-M300 amp like i said above, you should go for the SWR-1241, because when you wire the two 4ohm coils in parallel, they will act the same as a single 2ohm coil, and the MRD-M300 provides 300W rms @2ohms, so these are more or less perfectly matched mate!
also, you can get the SWR-1241D for £100 from here:
http://caraudiosecurity.com/
that should answer some of your questions matey

1 thing to note is there is a new range of alpine monoblocks coming out soon that have slightly higher outputs and a slightly better look. If your not desperate for an amp now, i'd wait and see what the new ones cost before buying.
MRD-M301
V12 AccuClass-D™ Design
• 350W x 1 RMS (2ohm;@14.4V 1%THD+N)
• 250W x 1 RMS (2ohm;@12V 1% THD+N)
• 150W x 1 RMS (4ohm;@12V 1% THD+N)
