As above ppl how do you get out the rear n front windscreen. im takein them out of my old car that i wrote off in the snow so.......

stanley knife round edges, cut off the rubber seal & remove as much as possible.

gently push the winndow from the inside out, and I mean GENTLY, may be easier to press from the centre of the window, depends if your feeling brave. Don't use a screwdriver to try pry it out, it will just crack.

it's mainly a case of pure luck, I had a go at removing some old screens from some fiesta's, managed to get 4 off intact, and cracked 2 others. but the 4 which came of ok just took my time with them.

Haynes manual says fook all, so if your only buying one for window removal, its not worth it.

I removed the rear windows and front windscreen from a shell that I was scrapping, its not impossible just fiddly and difficult because of the amount of pressure that you need to put on the knife and the angles at which you're cutting. Basically just get inside the car and having removed all trim, poke the knife down between the glass and the metal.

If you're doing it right the knife will make it all the way outside the car.
