Legally, it should make no difference what colour your fog light lenses are, just so long as it illuminates red when lit up.
You couls always do away with the fogs altogether and wire clear fogs to the reversing lights and use them instead of fogs, would be legal then.

point is tho, part of them are the rear refelectors. but i dont see why you cant put em in a diff place, or no at all
