Dash is OK but the seats recline and therefore are complete no-no for any real motorsport.

I rally a 1400 8v Nova tarmac car and if you look properly, you'll see that the 1400 class is one of the most highly contested classes in Brittish clubman rallying.

Anyone who laughs at a 1400 should give me a shout so either myself in a 142 BHP 1400 8v or my friend in his 190 BHP 1400 16v can give you a run in a properly tuned car.

(You can check these figures if you like, do a search on BOWYER)

Nothing makes you smile more than beating big engines (we're talking bigger than 2.0's sometimes) in a 1400

As we always say, BHP is a figure, Power to weight is what really matters!
