okay ppl i drove to work today to have my speedo stop on me half way and the engine management light come on.
does anyone know waht could be wrong with my car?!?!?!
miles per hour on speedo does not work but the temp and fuel do?!?!?
Lose connection anywhere took out the dials and placed bk in but still no luck can anyone help thanx darryl

the engine management light does come on if the speedo cable/speedo stops workin as the ECU uses the speed figure for something, you may find it stalls when idling - a mate had this same thing happen - new cable i would think mate

i had my speedo and tacho stop working on me once, it was the fuse 4 the reverse lights blown as they r on same fuse.
could b ure problem

Have the speedo cable replaced. Will sort out the problems. I had same problem and this sorted it
