Engine is not running, 1.4 spi 8v. Fires up for a second, then stops and engine management light flashes. Did paperclip test, code 15 coolent temp sensor voltage too high. Where is the coolent temp sensor and would it make the ECU stop the engine???

I do have a haynes, but couldn't find the sensor mentioned. I would have thought it was in the radiator, at the bottom.
