I bought some phillips 800MB CD-R's the other day for putting MP3 tunes onto. Nero is only recognising them as being 701MB and wont let me attempt to write any more than that.

Can anyone help me cos 100MB of songs is alot to loose

any software/ firmware updates that you havent got? might solve the problem?

Are you sure you don't mean 80 minute CD's (these are only 700MB)...

If they are definitely 90 min cd's, then you'll need latest firmware for your CD-R drive like motorspeed says... You also running latest Nero version?

depends what writer you are using. my old cd writer would write to anything but my dvd writer can be picky and wont write 90min cds at all

Definately 90min discs (800MB)
