God damn it !

Failed on some silly things i can sort out, some welding thats been done today and also something to do with the emmisions ? Forget what it was called, was a strange name and begin with a "R"

I spoke to a guy today tho and he said that i didn't have this part on my system

redex ?? i was told by a mechanic of mine that i didn't have this Lambda as i had a full system or something that replaced this.

My engine came out of an '89 Astra, before they had cat's fitted etc. so he didnt bother testing my emmisions.

your corsa has a lambda sensor. mine has to be between 0.97 & 1.03 it was 1.02. it's to do with the air/fuel ratio

He should have done, as all vehicles now have to have CO emissions below a certain level. No matter what age the engine is... Tell me if I'm wrong though, cos I'm de-catting my '89 Cav engine when I fit it...

lambda sensor is close to ur cat..

mine failed an i needed a new one.. think it was £40

hmmmm strange.... he said to me it failed on this yet my mechanic said it couldn't fail cos i don't have it.

unlucky mate, the doors passed though
strange one with the lambda sensor, myn failed on it a couple of years ago, just cleaned it up abit and it was ok.
