that's the proposed plan, hopefully it will meet some approval but I need people to be honest about what they think of it.
... also I have been looking at all the wiring sets on caraudiodirect.co.uk and really need help with which would be best for each amp?! ... I don't want the system being let down by poor quality and sub-standard wiring.

Thats a big Rockford amp for those 2 subs mate!!
Sure u need all that power! U could power alot more powerful subs than those Rockies with it!

i know that's the amp they use on the demonstartion rockie golf to power 2 of those subs ... the amp will always be in control of the subs which is always a bonus

yer wont disagree with that. Just seems lik u cud get some more powerful subs to go with it.
O yer how much r the RF comps? R u buyin them cos u want to stay all RF or because uve heard em and lik em then?

yeah the 1501BD is down to £400 at the moment
... i'm upgrading the battery to a yellow top, do you think the alternator might need uprating too or should it be ok?

ok so here's the main thingy i have to decide - whether or not to run the whole system of a separate battery in the boot ...
scenario:
I do a lot of competative whitewater rodeo kayaking and train minimum 5 days a week. We can park our cars right next to wave on the river that we train on and regularly park the cars up and blast out the music so we have something to listen to whilst paddlin.
... if I have another battery installed it'll mean that the music can be pumped out until it runs flat without having to worry about the car not starting afterwards.
... is it an expensive job for someone to do? ... because I'd have to pay someone to do it cos it's beyond my ability
