Does anyone have a rough idea of how much wonga i should be on a year..
Insurance Underwriting Assistant - 1.5 years experience - 2.5 years exp in the company - 21 in september - halfway through NVQ
Any rough ideas??

New India Assurance, not particularly well known but really huge around the world...
Ive just had my pay rise and im now on £10k, everyone got a £50-60 a month increase... This is well below what I should be on yesh?

insurance companies pay is shit! I know a few people who work at insurance companies and their wage is similar to yours!

I'd of said more along the lines of £14-15K/annum my mate works for a NE based Insurance company and I believe he' does the same as you and thats about what he's on.
