I've now sorted out a decorator for May i think for my front room (last room to do) but now i think the carpet will need replacing to. Its around 14 months old but is starting to wear a bit.
What is wooden flooring like, is it cold etc.

nope is quite warm if you put the right amount of foam down.

i had it all downstairs in my old house i never thought it was cold but its just noisy, u get used to it
in our bungalow there is just wood in the living room and lukes bedroom and i wouldnt say thats cold either

i've done half wooden and half carpet in my room. carpet arond my bed so i dont get cold tootsies and wooden for the rest.

wooden floor is grand for the living room or kitchen but its a cold as feck in a bedroom. Had this in my last appartment. not very homely if ya get my drift

I think i'll do the bedroom is carpet and the rest in wooden floor. Well apart from the kitchen and bathroom
