Well my dad ordered some suspension grille and side reapeaters about 2 months ago and said would be 2-3 weeks, well suspension arived in about week 5-6 he cancelled grille as they didnt know when they could get one, and still waiting on the side repeaters

Phoned them loads of times throughout the weeks some people couldnt even tell us what was going on as the guy who deals with orders wasnt in

And my dad also ordered some alloy staks for my birthday and ordered them at least 2 weeks maybe more before it and my birthday was on sunday and still no sign

They promised they would be here in time as they were in stock but still didnt make it

And so my dad phoned them today and they said that they would look i to it and get back to him, well that was 1pm and well aint heard owt yet and i think they are more than likely closed now

Dont like writing posts like this but im sorry but they are really un-professional and dis-organised at times and then others can be fine dont see how it varies soooo much and i know i aint the only one

Anyway rant over

I rang them today for some Eibach springs for my coupe and there was no answer after a few minutes of just ringing.

So i bought them from Demon Tweeks!

everytime sum 1 post's about this ppl always defend them saying its the suppliers... there's only so long u can use that excuse. If it is suppliers then u need 2 get new 1's, or if u can't don't stock the part

"regal autosport".www.regal-shop.co.uk use them now instead.
needed an exhaust that had to come from germany and had it in 1 week. and that was over a bank holiday weekend.
basically pvd are just not worth dealing with if this is how they treat people. it aint there suppliers it's just they arnt organised at all and i doubt they keep anything in stock.
i was ofered a credit note from them. fuck that, like im ever going to use them again!! rather pull my testicals off with a pair of pliers!!!

testicle removal via a grippy toothed instrument does seem a bit too painful and a tad extreme for this kind of problem mate
