adam- I am unfortunate enough to have a burgundy/brown Proton since my Corsa was written off. To be fair tho, its a good runaround tho I hate it with a passion. Mine is a 1.5 auto on 47k- paid £200. Hideous car- but does the job. I'd reccomend manual as the auto has an annoying cutout when the engine is warming up that drops the power if you put to much down. Hopefully I'm only stuck with mine for a few more weeks!

god know proton! u wanna try finding bits for them when they go wrong.....in other words u cant!!!!

Ur best bet is.....I might get shot for this I realise but oh well there cracking cars.....Ford Fiesta.

U just cant go wrong with them, nail the engine, a knife and fork are the only tools u need to sort it out, cheap insurance, in plentiful supply so cheap cheap motoring, and wotever u buy it for u can drive it around for a year and sell it for as much as u paid!

Now go buy one
