fair easy jujust look were the bolts are, remove them. :O simple really.
but make sure u put the red pin in the tensioner thingy.

Two torx bolts at the back of each seat, the fronts are basically hooked under mounts in the floor, once you've undone the bolts left the seat up at the back and slide it backwards.
Make sure the tensioners are safe.

there is a red clip with them and it just need putting in a slot you'll see when u coem to look at it. and remember to take it out if u put the seats back in.

the tensioners are stuck to the seats, or the sub frame, cant remember, but u put new seats in the tensioners wont be there so dnt need to do anything.

so to confirm that.........REMOVING THEM-u need to put the red fork thing -IN-.....and when u are refitting them u need to take the red fork - OUT-??? is this right? jus a bit worried incase of danger....LOL

yes it is not expensive at all...but i know very well someone who is working int the factory and I had them at the price of factory (excuse my english lol)
