Im GETTING an MR2, what one shall i get i got about £4500 to spend, whats the best/fastest etc

import turbo, you`ll get embarassed by hot hatches in an N/A version.

It will be at least 10 years old though for that price maybe older.

not too bothered about the age, just have to look hard for one in decent nick, i borrowed one this weekend and my GSI is way way quicker than it, so thought i would have to settle for the import Turbo,

Well this is the amount of money i have now, if i sell my GSI before i buy the MR2 i will have a few grand more to spend

Seriously doubt a GSI would be faster than even the NA MR2...106 BHP against 178 BHP for the NA

A standard GSi isn't quicker than any Mark II MR2 besides the 120BHP coupe.
