On your corsa's what temp is it when your fan kicks in ?? my car is getting very warm recently and fan is kickig it at just below 100

Also when i turned my car off tonight and checked under my bonnet i could hear a hissing noise coming from near the tuning plate or something (corsa 2.10 16v by the way) now i don't know if it has alway's been like this or not !

I did ask Lee M and he reckons its ok and Fad's does the same !

Anyone ?

I had a low-temp switch fitted to mine so would come on nearer 90-92degrees...

my old 1.4 hissed a bit, real faint like if you leave a gas-tap on real slightly in science at school, bairly audible unless you really listen for it, it was the headgasget on its way out, about a month later it went

Might not be that though, could just be a slight air-lock in the rad or something, with the pressure & heat n all... of a bit of a leaky hose somewhere

would say give it a complete flush-out & refill, then see how it goes from there!
