Right, some gits had a go at me spoiler with a key and scratched some paint of it, so it needs respraying.
Whilst its there im thinking ill get the saxo smoothed into the gsi. I want to do this myself, can anyone give me any tips about materials and methods to do a good job that will last and not crack!

id say use fibreglass if ur after something that will last

I know to use fibreglass, but wud u just use putty? or a layer of matting at the end?
What do i have to do to the paint so the fibreglass will stick properly etc..

i would use bumper filler, as its for plastic bumpers so will flex with the spoiler

I aint a fan of all this saxo spoiler on corsa spoiler but when its smoothed in it looks good... good luck Adi

that is what im getting done on my corsa, i think is looks really good smoothed in whats the bestr spoiler to get it done Mk1 Saxo? or CCm spoiler ?

id use fibre glass adi. no need to use that shite matt stuff on top. make sure its well bonded on, fibo it, shape it, fill it, stop it job done. im gunna be doin mine at the weekend il take some pix n sho wu how i do it if u want?

i'd secure it down well first, matt fibreglass it then use bumper fill.

Its well secured already, its been on for months.
It just seems like a lot to fill to smooth it up nicely.
romeo t if u can m8 that be good.

Those smoothed ones remind me of the cossie whale tails, looks good though will look much better all smoothed up
oh yeah this is for ideas on how to do it......... erm......... weetabix with a drop of milk, that drys nice and hard then just sand over (good if you get hungry too )

Whats the best spoiler to get do do this i need to order 1 asap car goes in soon a saxo mk1? or a ccm 1?
