It wouldnt make 1600w if it was on fire. Possibly good amp, just not the 1600w that these manufacturers like to claim.

It should be with the manual or on the box somewhere. It will say xxx watts RMS @ x OHMs, and its the RMS figure that you should go by to measure the output of an amp.
