I had the same problem mate. So you sent off the registration form with 18 euros right? Did you write the numbers down that were on the form? If so, phone them or email them here: http://www.mcgard.com/deutschland/englisch/e_frameset1.html.
It only took about 3 weeks for the new key to come through on mine. Sorry mate, not sure what else to suggest really.
Hope this helps tho

Ah, thats probably where your problem is. It says on the form to send them 18 euros. It might be worth emailing or phoning them with your problem. With any luck they have stored your name address etc on a databse, but not processed the whole order as they have recieved no funds.
If that doesnt work, i can only suggest you get them drilled, or try and weld something to the nuts then try and get them off.

just get a normal nut that will just about fit over your locking nut and bang it on with a hammer so it grips it then take it off that....done it on me mates car and worked....will need to reaplce the locking nuts afterwards though

dousey think you got the wrong end of the stick here when I say I sent the form off that was just to record that I had bought the nuts and was sending them the number incase of an emergancy such as this so they should have me on database now

Sorry mate.
In that case, easy peasy. Give them a ring tell them your name etc, give them 18 euros then the nut should be with you in a couple o' weeks.

mcgaurd ones are difficult though, as there not outer race design, which means a socket can't be hammmerd on to them to remove them
