right, ive had too many muppets offering daft money, heres what i have
2.1 xe
uprated pistons,
dcoe twin webber 48 carbs
coscast head, ported, pollished etc.
Wizards of nos nitrous kit, with progressive controller and 50bhp jets.
piper cams, 275's i thnk
theres a few more internal mods which i cant reemember,
basically its about 200 hp + 50bhp of nos.
The engine cost over £3k to build,
on the down side theres no rev limter on the carbs, me being an idiot missed a gear and over revd it which resulted in bending all the valves, the head is ok and so is the block and i beleive the pistons are ok too.
this engine used to power my nova beautifuly, it sounds awsome and pulls and pulls, what an engine.
the reason im not fixing it and keeping it... ive gone the turbo route..
im open to sensible offers on this, preferably via email... cyberkid_andy@hotmail.com
cheers

If i were being honest that engine in its current condition isn't worth much more than about £500 You maybe as well to breakit and sell individually

As i said you'd be better selling them individually as it stands its just a fucked engine its just an observation you may be better getting it fixed you'd get alot more money for it.

So you know how much you would sell it for then? Why not answer people who ask you? Why the 'offers only' crap? If you're aware of its value then put a price up.
Making wise cracks at someone for hazarding a guess is really f#cking clever isn't it?

in my opinion i would split it, every one know the trouble i had with an engine that supposedly had a minor problem, i bought it for £500 then spend 3 months and 3 re-builds getting it right, it had a warped block etc etc, all thats left is the head, the rest went in the bin and i re-built my old engine, all in all it cos a few grand thats all i would say,
