i've just ordered these comps, but now am bit worried that they wont fit in my corsa c cos the magnet mite too deep. will they be fine or will i have problems?
help.

i believe these are too deep mate (i think there something like 70mm deep, where as you have about 62mm to play with)...so you might have to get door pods made up mate which will set you back about 120 quid a set.
But like i said, check the spec, if there bigger than 62mm then your gonna have problems

of course you will, the magnet is just too big.
you won't be able to wind the windows down fully.
best to get speakers with magnets of less than 60mm if you don't plan building pods/

i think you mean depth mate 
but yea, if the magnet is too big, you will have to get metal cutters out and cut the whole bigger in the door for starters, and if its deeper than 62mm (or infinity 5000cs's...they just git, with about 10mm to spare before hitting glass) then your gonna have the speaker magnet in the window rails
But like i said mate, have a butchers on the website and see what they say...otherwise its going to be door pod jobbies if you really want them that much

yeah i checked on the website, sez magnet size is 84mm, so gonna have 2 go for the 165V2 slims

magnet size...or depth? two totally different things....
if its magnet size, BUT then depth is around the 60mm mark then you will just need to cut the whole in the door bigger
If its the otherway around, mounting depth 84mm then you be sodded mate...either go for a different version (with a smaller mounting DEPTH) or custom pods

Yeah mate not sure if the speaker size is the same in the corsa b an c, but i have a corsa b an also bought the v2's for it. But yeah its to big so could not fit. So i went for the v2 slims that you are talking about an i am very happy with them and they will definately fit mate magnet depth is alot better!
But u will find that the price is a bit more on the slims.
