found a steering wheel im after and i dont really wanna do the job as my car has airbag and power steering so who or what type of garage could do it an how much should i expect to pay??

probably an hours labour m8 if that 
the yellow airbag cable will have to be disconnected and also the bulb on the dash as this is an MOT failure

Raid do airbag adapters for aftermarket steering wheels. U can buy one at ure local A1 motorstore
