Are brakes meant to work with the engine off



Just been to move my car down the drive a bit and had to use the handbrake plus put the car into gear to stop

your servo won't work with the engine off so your brakes won;t work to great

The servo reduces the pedal pressure necessary to operate the brakes

Cheers dude! Thought something else was fucked there for a min. Almost had to replace my driveway gates and front bumper too JUst missed them by half an inch

Yeah i've got Power Steering. You can hardly move the bloody wheels . I can't think of life without it, i think you would need to be spider-man
