had a letter from insurance today stating, We havent been able to contact you regarding your recent claim regarding the theft of your car, please can you contact us to discuss this matter.
WTF i spoke to them last week gave them all my details for the 4th time, gave him a link to pictures of my car and i was told it was being passed over to someone to sort out

start speaking legal jargon to them, it scares em cause person on other end of phone is only at a call centre so it normally goes over their heads. Ask to speak to the manager and not just someone on escalations.
