Where do i stand witht his? Do i have to send it back to SWT or do i have to send it to dare?

Phone up Dare and tell them what has happened etc. They'll probably ask you how old the wheels are, where you got them from and how much they cost etc. And just take it from there really. They'll probably suggest sending you a replacement wheel anyway. And if they do then explain to them you need your car and cannot be without a wheel whilst waitingf ro the new one to come through.

I've got X1's on my car and they're fine...

Cool. Well if you don't get any feedback from Dare themself you could always try going to the place you got them from and they can contact Dare on your behalf. I mean (no offence to you) but a big company who stocks them will probably have more influence over Dare than you. If that makes sence.

Me and SWT had a BIG bust up as they pissed me about with sending me wheels with wrong tyres on (cheap nankangs when i paid for avons) then told me i was a liar and that i should pay to have the tyres changed over

All sorted in the end just cant wait to phone them and tell them about this
