Use the ecotec pipe instead, get it off any eco type vauxhall (vectra) in a scrappies and gives better torque too.

{engine has been cleaned since then! ) The ecotec pipe is the black plastic pipe coming from the induction kit. Doesnt require cutting of the bulkhead to fit, and as big eck said, gives more torque.

I think any rad will be fine as they are all capable enough of the job. My 1.4 sri rad blew up, but i think thats just cos its old. Now have a 1.6 rad and fan in there cos it was the first one i could fine, but the fan cowel fits a lot better round the exhaust manifold. You cant see it in that pic, but the manifold melted almost completely through the old plastic fan cowel.

1.4 and 1.6 rads are the same size as 1.2's. so use 1.2 1.4 or 1.6 as long as they didnt have aircon as theyre to big to get the top hose to fit

So no-one's got any figures to back up the "more torque from an Ecotech pipe claim"?

wat about using the td radiator, thats quite a bit bigger, could be useful if you have over heating problems.
im sure this is wat they use on one of the corsa let conversion phase kits.

Well, I have (but it's unfair as a real test should be done on the same engine )

Fadscorsa: 144 lb.ft (ecotec pipe)
Tim: 152 lb.ft (powercap)
