I had a new 106 1.1 - it was a wee flying machine. Weighed nothing, and the 1.1 was seriously revvable for an 8v.
I had to sell it after 18 months - I'd so many problems it wasn't funny. 18 months of taking it back to the dealers every 3 or 4 weeks.
Exhaust blew out in the 3rd week - took 6 weeks to get a new one
Engine kept on conking out or revving randomly at lights - took 16 months to finally diagnose a bad O2 sensor after they'd replaced just about everything. It was the 2nd ECU that finally threw up the O2 error.
Brake master cylinder started drinking brake fluid. Took 4 weeks to get replacement and a week for them to fit it.
Windscreen leaked water. Replaced and resealed twice, still leaked.
There were a load of other faults. I'm never going to buy another French car, or use Charles Hurst (my first dealer who were useless) for anything again.

106 Rallye is ok, I would own one as a second car if I could get parts as easy as I can for the Nova.
