sas, i dont think ya look too bad pet maybe a stone max...but theres a big difference between being fat and big boned...and before people laugh, there is such a thing as big boned ie: my wrists and arms are skinny as feck, but there bigger than most of my mates leg bones
Anyways, sas i would just start to walk more and eat more fruit and fibre....and instead of snacks eat cerials/fruit/veg etc. Ive found this to be really good and i have lost about half-stone to a stone without doing alot
Also if you have kids etc then take em to the park loads and piss about on the rides as well...will help to burn fat and crap. Also swimming is a sport to take up...although, i havnt taken this up due my man-mams....might scare people off

im gunna start gettin into shape and sortin myself out, i really do think at least 2 stone and i wud be a lot happier

do a stone first and see what you feel like then if ya want to continue go for it Also, i use one of those chart thingies that tells you what you should be according to your height etc etc Im still off target, but i cant see me loosing more weight, so im just carrying on with what i have done and im happy
