Saw a b registered mk1 astra GTE in white yesterday, absolutely imaculate, liked it so much i fancy buying 1, wish i had my camera with me to get some pics as it was so cool.

doesnt matter id you dont like them, you should relise what the astra started with the GTE brand, and how its development proberly as some bearing on how your car was made etc etc

Yea, I know that they are good cars, and if it weren't for them, I wouldn't have such a good engine lined up for my car, but, I just don't like the way they look

your putting a c20xe in, the mk1 never came with a c20xe

Yea I know that... I'm saying that if the GTE brand wasn't so successful then they probably wouldnt have developed the C20XE engine...

C20XE was developed for racing and happed to find its way into the GTE 16v afterwards

That car is absolutly minted.
Hes from up here and i had a look at it at billing last summer...
