think your a bit confused mate,
ECOTEC is a different type of engine that was fitted the the later corsa B's and all corsa C's.
the ecotec engines are:
1.0 12v
1.2 16v
1.4 16v and
1.6 16v

no you got it confused mate, its a small device that improves fuel economy. check out this web site and see for yourself www.ecotekplc.com

It goes in the pipe between the brake servo and inlet manifold.
Just follow your instructions or look at the ones on the website.
