Yes, it will be a straight swap, mpi for mpi engines.
However, if the block itself isn't damaged, you can leave the engine in situ, and replace;
head, pistons inlet/outlet manifolds and wiring and you have a 16v, it may work out cheaper to buy the engine complete, and just strip it down.
The engine conversion might be less complicated but more work. I did mine in a day but it wont take long to remove the wiring, unbolt the head, etc.
Also, the exhaust to cat will be different too, so get that as well.
