theres 300 calories in a pint of bud. now id drink over six of them anyways. that is bad! considering yer adding all them calories onto your regular food intake

vodka and diet 7up or diet coke or pepsi max in dieting terms is the perfect drink.
P.S i dont drink Bud i was using that as its a favoured lager beer amoungst most males.
however i have got a soft spot for bulmers cider(magners to u lot).
mmmm wouldnt mind one now actually

im cutting up at the moment. 30mins cardio after weights. 2-3 meals a day low low carbs and got some illgeal chemicals to increase the fat burn

stop eating crap. sugar means you don;t burn off fat. stop eating fatty foods and cakes. drink lots of water. have a proper diet. burn more calories than you take in.
stick to 3 decent meals a day too, DON'T skip meals it isnt healthy. If you need a snack eat some fruit, strawberrys are good and filling Go buy the slimming world mag it's pretty good and some nice food ideas

Well first night of the gym was great burnt off nearly 600 calories was totall fcuked after wards going back tonight for some more lol thanx for the advice guys

nice one mate, keep it up though. Remember no pain no game, try to eat something before hand like a banana that will give you an energy burst stick to going 4 times a week I'd say with a few days rest spread out to let your body recover

Also i'd say increase the meals to 5/6 a day. Smaller and more often, keeps your metabolism working away and in top form.
Seriously check out and join upto Labrada.com, they know their shit and I've personally made some right gains from it.
Stick some general weights in there too. But do these before your cardio and after a ten - 15 minute warm up.

I'd say defo rest in between training, and eat 3 meals if you are trying to just tone up or loose weight.
