After being messed about decided to go out get some tins of paint, lacquer and a mask so far managed to get door cards to look like this, next come the dash

basically mate, dad had compressor and spray guns etc as he used to have a 3.5 litre v8 rova sd1 years ago and he used to do the spraying on that.
