The wire could be bending and breaking connection as it get closer.
Or it could be shorting on the door...

ive got infinity door speakers and they were a complete bugger goin off and on, and i realised it was
1 they were catchin on the window cos the cone was too big and
2. the connection between ur wiring and the connector block aint the tightest, try pushin em together and taping as well to prevent em goin off an on
i didnt do that and used to bang the front of the speaker housin on door panel til it came back on soon got sick of that!

outta curiosity mate, wot sorta door speakers u using?
and did u get the door mounts for a corsa or use the ones that were already on the existing speaker?
cos if u get the corsa door mounts ( bout £12 from halfords) u usually shouldnt have any problems

Are you using all the screw holes to attach the speaker to the door pod because I had the same problem, took a couple of screws out and never went off again. Also try ty-wrapping the connection to hold it tight together, tape didn't work on mine.
