okay this was meant to be my nice new shiny knob!

but instead, my new knob looks like this

the reason is because i couldnt get my old knob off just by pullin it, so i ripped the fucker up. but when i got as far as i could get i saw the new knob wont fit, the hole is too small

i think the reason is because i cant get this fucking last piece off. have i dont something wrong? well thats pretty obvious but what! how do i get this last bit off!?

oh and for anyone that wants a laugh heres a pic of the rear of the knob, and yes i am actually using this in my car atm. sucks!

what can i do mofos? if nothing guess ill be buying a new knob at the weekend...

Get a hack saw and cut a slit down the plastic bit, it will then pull off, or lever the slit open with a screwdriver, then pull it off.
