EDS Phase 3.5 (Peaking at 20psi, holding 18psi when it feels like it)
Hybrid Turbo (Your guess is as good as mine what it is, been told it can hold 24psi)
A Front Mounted Intercooler
Enlarged top hat thingy since that pic was taken
F28 Gearbox
3" straight through exhaust
Few other things I'm not sure about.
Goes like stink.
Chatters its tits off.

Next on my list:
New bottom end.
Rear discs.
296mm 4 pots for the front.
Coilovers
Working Speedo
Working Petrol Guage
Refurb Wheels

Then I'll be happy!

Ment to be 320+

BUT Its never been Dyno'd etc....

I'm not one for chasing numbers, its what it does when you put your foot down that I'm bothered about! If it got 150bhp but beat all the things it has so far I'd be happier than if it got 350bhp but it lost the odd race here and there.

if you can call it that now

spec was:

C20LET
eds phase 2 software with switchable boost (1.0 bar 0.6 bar)
Hybrid KKK turbo
courtney hi-torqe cams
ported and polished head
piper X induction kit
straight through 2.5 inch bore exhaust, no cat.

saw 281 bhp on the rollers apperently, now sees fcuk all

Harder than you think to find one Imve had no luck so far.

Should hopefully be done by september pending finding a decnet block

why do you think i bought a batch of them? cos if i ever wanted another one in months to come, i'd have to go through the selection process allover again

ive lost on on 2 calibras this week. 1 was perfect not owrth much either as transfer box was gone n didnt look like bodywork was great some idoit payed nearly £1700 for it. So i couldnt out bid him

All the ones i find are either too fucking far away or shifty

So are you looking for a complete car then, is that a safer option than getting just an engine, cos i was looking for the engine and box on its own, but like ya said its not easy and i will probably end up with a C20XE

lookin for a complete car myself too..

cheapest on autotrader is £1850

might try ebay later this year, but hope to make back a fair bit stripping & selling other bits.

If it goes I'll stick my hand in my pocket and get another! Already a hybrid, but if it does go, a good reason to go bigger and better
