Crystall Reports is shit! it's used to print data from tables and stuff, we use it on the help desk to print invetory reports... if you have it chances are you need it... if you don't know what it is you don't have it lol

Look in 'Add/Remive Programs' in your control panel, if it's listed then you have it.
