lol, im so pissed off, i hate waiting here on the phone wasting my time cause of some old bag who thinks she is not to blame. has been going on for nearly a year and half and this must be the 10/20th time ive phoned , "yes we will phone you with any updates" do they f**k !!!!!!!!!
