i went past a cam on other side of an EMPTY road and as i belted towards it it flashed twice nearly blinded me ! there ae only marking on other side of road.

I always though they can only get you when your going away from them, and if there were no markings on your side of the road then they can't measure the distance you travelled

If it's a normal camera your fine, sometimes they even go off on their own. Just be wary of the new types that face you from otherside of the road etc

Go back and cut it down

And I got flashed belting in up the A1 in my dads car and got flashed from the other side and nothing happened

if it flashed at you then your safe, the ones that get you when you oncoming towards them dont flash, by law they cant flash as you approach them for safety reasons

i got flashed by a cam facing me on other side of a back road at about 3am it was a30 and i was accelerating out of it and was doin about 60 odd..

noting happend.

absolutely fine. points to note -
1) standard gatsos - the yellow box on a stick must take two photos of the rear of your car as you drive over lines marked on the road.

So in other words you can belt it as fast as you want if you're going towards the face of a camera and they can do shit all. I do it a couple of times a day and have never had anything trough the post!
