Bought this 5.1 speaker system off this bloke on ebay, said mint condition boxed opened to check everything was in it, wen i received (took bout 3weeks as he did turtle post ) it the amp was all scratched so i emailed him saying not happy, he said he would post another one too me to replace amp, after 3 1/2 weeks i said still not got it not happy and I had sold the 5.1 system on for cheaper price didn't like anyway, he said ok i will send u full refund, which I received the NEXT day I received the amp
So basically I have al my money back, plus cos sold it all on plus got mint amp at home
Should I tell this bloke

Yeah once i bought something off ebay and was away on holiday so couldnt pay via paypal but the item randomly came through the post without paying.
