I have taken off my door card(the bit with the speaker thing on) and have tryed to sand it down. I have then sprayed it with the primer and that is done.
But i can still see the origanal patteny thing on it. Is this ok and can i go ahead and spray it in colour now??
Please help as i dont no much about this.
Thanks

Yeah filler primer works a treat. Make sure put down plastic primer base first, so the filler has something to cling to, otherwise it will peel off.

No no no no... The can is blue and silver, the filler primer will probably be yellow, which will be fine under black...

Personally i don't see the point in sanding down or filling to get a smooth finish. Just use normal primer and spray over the original texture. Still gives a good finish and mantains a more factory supplied look.
